Despatches from Jerusalem report a rumor that the Arabs are planning anti-Jewish riots.
An inquiry directed to the Zionist Executive here brought the reply that there is no authentic information concerning the matter and that such rumors are being spread regularly every year around the second of November, as the date of the Balfour anniversary approaches.
