A delegation of Arabs headed by Emir Adel Arslam will leave Friday for the United States to persuade Arabs who have achieved success there to return to Palestine and to employ their money and their Western training and experience in building up an Arab nation, according to a Jerusalem despatch to the London “Daily Mail.”

A second delegation will leave for England shortly in order to impress the English public with the justice of the Arab case against Zionist “domination” of Palestine. The duty of the delegates will be not only to inform Parliament and the public of the true state of affairs in Palestine and of the Arabs’ national aspirations but also to counteract Jewish propaganda. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem will head the delegation.
