Foreign Minister Moshe Arens was expected to leave for Kenya on Thursday for the first official visit by an Israeli foreign minister since the East African nation broke diplomatic ties with Israel during the 1973 Yom Kippur War.
Arens is expected to sign a variety of agreements for Israeli-Kenyan cooperation.
