Argentina said it would investigate a Croatian living in Buenos Aires for war crimes. Ivo Rojnica said in a recent newspaper interview that he was a fascist leader in the city of Dubrovnik during World War II. Croatia is refusing to seek his extradition because of a lack of evidence, according to a news report.
