Dr. Moises Goldman, of Buenos Aires, head of the Argentinean delegation to the recent Inter-American Jewish Conference, was received here by Under-Secretary of State Sumner Welles at the State Department offices.
In an extended conversation, Dr. Goldman discussed with Mr. Welles the situation in his own country and proffered the help of the Jewish community respecting the common tasks which now confront the communities on the American continent.
