Argentine Jewish Leader to Study Conditions in Israel and U.S.

Dr. Salvador Kibrick, noted Jewish lawyer and one of the leaders of Argentine Jewry, left today by air for Israel to study conditions there. He will also visit Jewish communities in Europe and in the United States.

A former secretary of the Jewish Agency in Buenos Aires, Dr. Kibrick was one of the founders of the Association of Friends of the Hebrew University in Argentina. He was lauded by Dr. Chaim Weizmann for his efforts in behalf of the establishment of an Argentine chair at the Hebrew University. He is the legal adviser of various Jewish institutions in Argentina and of the Yiddishe Zeitung, largest Jewish daily newspaper in Latin America.
