ARGENTINE JEWRY WORRIED OVER GROWING ARAB TERROR
The concern of Argentine Jewry over the mounting campaign of Arab terror and hostility against Israel was expressed here today in a joint statement issued by the DAIA, central representative organization of Argentine Jews, Central Zionist Council and the United Israel Campaign.
The statement underlined the determination of Argentine Jewry to continue its financial, moral and pioneering assistance to Israel in this crisis and expressed its admiration of the restraint shown by the people and Government of Israel in the face of military provocation. It also hit the “weakness” of international organs entrusted with the task of guarding the armistice agreements in the Middle East.
