Argentine President Fernando de la Rua said his government is doing everything it can to solve a 1994 car-bombing at a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires that killed 86 people. De la Rua was responding to criticism by Memoria Activa, an organization of victims’ relatives, which charged that he has not kept his promise to find those responsible.
