The seventh national conference of the WIZO in Argentina concluded here with resolutions to increase financial aid to Israel. The Argentine branch of the WIZO, Women’s International Zionist Organization, will launch a separate campaign for this purpose.
More than 450 delegates from all parts of Argentina participated in the conference which lasted several days. The principal speaker at the parley was Mrs. Hadassah Samuel, world president of the WIZO, who is now visiting this country. The Argentine WIZO has a membership of about 25,000.
