The Arizona Post, Jewish newspaper published here by Mr. and Mrs. Abe Chanin, has been awarded first prize for “general excellence” in the special publications division of the Arizona Newspapers Association. The award was the sixth ANA prize won by The Arizona Post in the last eight years.
The newspaper was cited for its general news coverage, “lively make-up,” special advertising supplements, local stories, headlines and illustrations.
