Arthur Greenleigh, executive director of United Service for New Americans, flew to Europe today to speed Jewish immigration to the United States under the Displaced Persons Act. Mr. Greenleigh, who is chairman of the Advisory Committee to the U.S. Displaced Persons Commission, headed a mission which went overseas last August at the invitation of the International Refugee Organization, to make recommendations on implementing the liberalized DP Act. His present trip is primarily to ascortain whether recommendations made by the Committee following the August trip are being properly implemented.
