Arthur L. Malkenson, former president and publisher of the New York Yiddish daily “Jewish Morning Journal,” died here yesterday at the age of 74. Born in Russia, Mr. Malkenson came to the United States in 1896. He had been active in the United Jewish Appeal, Joint Distribution Committee and Yeshiva University.
