All Jews, descendants of Jews, and those married to Jews or their descendants, are to be dismissed from the German state-owned railway system, according to an order published today by the railway administration.

The order also stressed that all railway employees marrying descendants of Jews in the future will be automatically dismissed from their posts.

In urgent cases, the general director of the railway system is authorized to make exceptions, if it is in the interests of the railway system to retain employees subject to dismissal.

Where the Aryanism of the employee is uncertain, the case will be referred to the racial department of the Ministry of the Interior for decision, the order stated.
