Control of the Jewish-owned Carl Froelich Corporation, wholesale food distributors, today passed into “Aryan” hands. According to the terms of the sale, seventy-five per cent of the company’s stock was purchased outright, the remainder, valued at 64,000 marks, being held by the present ownership. A provision in the sale agreement requires the Jewish-owned shares to be deposited with a notary as guarantee that they will not be offered on the market.
