Jewish deputies in the local municipal assembly have suggested to the municipality that it establish a Jewish elementary school where Jewish children will receive an education in general subjects in addition to training in the Jewish religion. The Jewish deputies hope that with the support of the Social Democratic deputies they will be able to carry their plan against the votes of the Roman-Catholic groups.
