THEY PLAN A CONFERENCE IN WARSAW OCT. 19. WHEN COL. KOC’S PARTY WAS FORMED TO SEEK AN AUTHORITARIAN GOVERNMENT IN POLAND, IT WAS INDICATED THAT JEWS, EXCEPT THOSE CONSIDERING THEMSELVES POLES, WOULD BE BARRED. SINCE THEN THE PARTY HAS SHOWN OPEN HOSTILITY TO THE JEWS.
