James Speyer, international banker, will be honored by the trustees and officers of the Central Savings Bank, when he will be the guest at a testimonial dinner tendered him on October 17 at the University Club. Mr. Speyer will be feted as the bank’s oldest trustee.
The affair will be attended by some thirty-six of Mr. Speyer’s closest business associates and friends who will present him with a gift to commemorate the occasion. The presentation address will be made by Henry W. Taft. Other speakers will be August Zinsser, president of the Central Savings Bank, and Peter Grimm, who will act as toastmaster.
