At least 60 tourists were killed by terrorists outside an ancient temple near the southern Egyptian town of Luxor. The gunmen were apparently Islamic militants who are attempting to destabilize the secular government of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. The tourists killed reportedly included Swiss, German and Japanese nationals.
