At least eight Israelis were lightly wounded when a car bomb exploded in a city about five miles from Tel Aviv. A brother, 12, and sister, 8, were among the wounded, according to the Jerusalem Post. A police spokeswoman said the bombing in Or Yehuda may have been a terror attack, “but the criminal angle is also being investigated.”
