The 30th World Zionist Congress, which met here from December 7-17, elected the following as members of the new World Zionist Organization Executive:
Likud: Leon Dulzin (unanimously re-elected chairman), Mattityahu Drobless, Avraham Katz, Rafael Kotlowitz, Y. Tavin, and one associate member not yet determined. All six are from Israel. The Likud representative on the WZO-American Section will be Jacques Torczyner. An associate member of the American Section has yet to be named. There are no changes on this list, save for the two associate members to be named.
Labor; Akiva Levinsky, Raonan Weitz, Uri Gordon, Uzi Narkis (as associate member), all on the Israeli Executive; and Phyllis Sutker on the American Section. Gordon and Narkis did not previously serve on the Executive.
World Confederation of United Zionists: Avraham Avi-Hai and Yitzhak Warshavsky (of France who will make aliya), and Morris Borsok as associate member, all on the Israeli Executive; and Bemice Tannenbaum and Kalman Sultanik, on the American Section.
Mizrachi: Yitzhak Meir and Eliezer Sheffer, both new members, on the Israeli Executive; and Rabbi Louis Bernstein, on the American Section.
Mapam; Avraham Shenker, Israel.
WIZO: Raya Joglom, Israel.
ARZA; Rabbi Roland Gittelsohn, American Section.
Tami: Eli Artzi, Israel.
Sephardic Federation: Asher Ohion and David Avio, Israel; and Steven Shalom, American Section.

In addition, the new chairman of the Zionist General Council is Likud-Herut activist Ephraim Even of Jerusalem.
The Congress could not reach a consensus on the controversial issue of the government’s settlement policies in the occupied territories. However, a "good-will" subcommittee made up of delegates from all the major parties worked out a resolution that was adopted. Bernice Tannenbaum, immediate past president of Hadassah, chaired this committee. (See separate story.)
