A sub-committee is also preparing two manifestos, not yet completed, one to be addressed to the civilized world at large, and the other a specific appeal to world Jewry.
The manifesto to the world at large is to seek the aid of the latter in the protection of Jewish rights.
The suggestion that the appeal to the Jews to organize themselves everywhere as national minorities is meeting with considerable opposition in committee.
The plan of Professor Guido Tedeschi of Rome, for the creation of an international body to combat anti-Semitism under the League of Nations has been discussed and further deliberation on the plan was decided upon.
