Atlanta Grand Jury Indicts Leaders of Columbians; Face Year’s Imprisonment

A special grand jury today indicted Homer Loomis Jr., and Emory Burke, leaders of the anti-Jewish, anti-Negro Columbians, on charges of “usurping police authority.” Upon conviction, they would face a year’s imprisonment. A third member was charged with inciting a riot.
