Mayor Joseph Altman of Atlantic City was honored here today at a reception tendered to him by the Jewish National Fund. He was also received by President Itzhak Ben Zvi and by Premier David Ben Gurion. Mr. Altman announced that a settlement “Nachia” named for Atlantic City’s Jewish Community, will be established on a tract of 500 denims in the heart of the Huleh region.
