Australia and Latvia are discussing an accord that could allow the quick extradition to Latvia of a suspected Nazi collaborator. Reports of the negotiations concerning Konrad Kalejs, who is accused of participating in the murder of thousands of Jews in Latvia during World War II, came on the sidelines of an international Holocaust conference in Sweden.
