Minister of the Interior Oskar Helmer presented medals of honor today to Theodore Feder, director of the Austrian Office of the American Joint Distribution Committee; Egon Fink, assistant director, and Albert Goldman, head of the Austrian division of ORT, for services rendered to Austria during the influx of refugees from Hungary in the Autumn and Winter of 1956. There were 18, 200 Jewish refugees among the total of 170, 000 who escaped to Austria.
