The charge that DP’s in Austria using funds derived from black market operations in Austria have been purchasing arms from Czechoslovakia and other Eastern European countries and sending them to Israel under the protection of the Russian occupation authorities was made in Vienna yesterday by Interior Minister Esker Helmer, addressing a Socialist Party meeting, the New York Times reported today.
