Otto Bauer, Austrian Socia Democratic leader and foreign minister; Dr. Julius Deutsch, former minister of defense and leader of the Social Democratic Defense forces, and Julius Braunthal, editor of Kleine Blatt, hitherto the most widely read Socialist newspaper in his country.
