The Government has postponed the introduction into Parliament of the Bill for the recognition of the student rights of the antisemitic race student corporation, which excludes Jews from member ship.
The postponement, it is understood, has been decided on because the Government fears the enactment of such a measure may endanger the success of the Austrian financial mission to Geneva, which will be headed by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance.
The Minister of Education is busy trying to persuade the German Nationalist student bodies not to start fresh antisemitic disturbances, because the bill for which they have been pressing has been held up.
