An Austrian student was sentenced to a five-month prison term by an Austrian court here today, after he was found guilty of disorderly conduct and insulting a policeman during an incident last year, when he was arrested for singing Nazi songs.
Herbert Fritz was given the prison term for threatening the police officer that he would be hanged “when Hitler comes back” while the policeman was attempting to arrest him for singing Nazi songs. The court, which took into consideration the fact that Fritz was drunk, acquitted him of charges of neo-Nazi activity.
