Austrian Zionists have established a bank with a capital of eighteen milliard krones for the purpose of developing industrial and commercial relations with the Levantine, especially Palestine. The bank will be called “Orient Bank”.
The Jewish Colonial Trust, the financial institution of the World Zionist Organization, has subscribed to one-third of the capital. The balance has been raised among Austrian Zionist financiers.
