A special allotment from the regular Palestine budget has been set aside for the payment of compensation for damages suffered in the recent Arabe outbreak in Palestine. This allotment was authorized by Lord Passfield. It will be used together with sums secured from the collective punishment ordinance exacting fines from the Arab villages guilty in the disorders.
