The Lord Baldwin Fund for Refugees has received contributions totalling £465,000, it was announced today. Of the total, £220,000 have been allocated to various commitments in connection with bringing over, maintaining and training refugee children. Ninety thousand pounds have been apportioned to the Council for German Jewry and the Christian Council for Refugees, to be used in assisting adult refugees temporarily resident in Great Britain. The remainder of the sum has not yet been allocated.
