Abolition of the Old Testament in Germany, the seeking of holy places in Germany instead of in Palestine and the representation of Jesus Christ as a fearless fighter were among the demands made at a mass meeting of the German Christian movement here at which Pastor Mueller, now Bishop and head of the national church, was present.

Scores of banners voicing the demands of the German Christian movement were displayed at the meeting. They included inscriptions demanding rigorous application of the ban against clergy of Jewish descent and the exclusion of Christians of Jewish origin from the national church.
