BBC Radio 4 is running a four-part series on the history of Jews in England, narrated by Jewish actor Andrew Sachs. Best known for playing the manic waiter Manuel in the John Cleese series “Fawlty Towers,” Sachs escaped his native Germany as a child with his family in 1938.
