A peace pact between the Bedouin Tribe Ilyadin and the Mizrachi colony of Baruch, where a Bedouin trespasser was killed, was concluded here yesterday with ceremonies.
The family of the man killed received compensation. The district officer attended the ceremonies and endorsed the peace pact in behalf of the government.
Notwithstanding these ceremonies the watchman of the colony, charged with the killing, has been placed on trial in Haifa.
