Premier Menachem Begin has postponed his official visit to Zaire, which had been scheduled for later this month, because of his wife’s ill health. Officials here held out the prospect of a visit here instead of President Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire, or else a visit to Zaire by Foreign Minister Yitzhak Shamir. Aliza Begin, meanwhile, was reported “considerably improved” today. She was out of the intensive care wing of Hadassah Medical Hospital and back in a regular ward where she is recovering from a serious respiratory disability that had given much concern last week when she was admitted.
