Israeli Premier Menachem Begin, who is due to arrive here Friday, will have a busy schedule during his week’s visit to the United States. His first weekend will be spent in a round of private meetings in the city. On July 19-20 he meets with President Carter and high Administration officials. On July 21 he will be guest of honor at a national dinner under the auspices of the Israel Bond Organization in New York.
The following day, the Premier will have a breakfast briefing session with editors, be guest speaker at a special luncheon sponsored by the United Jewish Appeal, meet with United Nations Secretary General Kurt Waldheim where he will be accompanied by Israeli Ambassador Chaim Herzog and address the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, all in New York. While Begin is in Washington there will be a rally of support for him.
