The Belgian Government will grant a yearly subsidy to the Centrale D’Oeuvres Sociales Juives, the organization that raises funds to support Jewish social services in Belgium, it was announced here last night.
The announcement was made by Mrs. De Riemaecker, Minister of Housing and Family Affairs, who spoke at a dinner marking the close of the Centrale’s current fund-raising campaign. Raymond Abrahams, campaign chairman, announced that this year’s quota, the equivalent of $150,000,has been raised.
