King Leopold III, young Belgian monarch, today received a Jewish deputation consisting of the Chief Rabbi of Belgium, Dr. Joseph Wiener, and representatives of the Jewish consistory. The deputation congratulated the king on his having ascended the throne of Belgium.
The King thanked the delegation and the Jews of Belgium for their loyalty to him.
