The Belgian underground has demanded that the Quisling industrialists who collaborated with the German be treated “like the Germans treated the Jews.” In a communication to the Minister of Justice of the Belgian government-in-Exile, the underground declares that the property of all collaborators must be expropriated and their identification documents stamped with the world “prop-German.”
