The Belgian Government decided today to establish two shelter camps for refugees who are continuing to arrive illegally from Germany, Austria and elsewhere. The measure was taken, it was announced, to help the Refugee Committee to secure speedy movement of the refugees to other countries. Both camps will be supervised and controlled by the Government. The Belgian Labor Party last week urged the Government to establish concentration camps for the refugees instead of returning them to Germany.
