Belgian authorities plan vigorous action to stem a flood of Jewish refugees from Austria, 2,000 of whom have recently entered the country illegally, it was announced here today. Those refugees who before Aug. 27 applied for assistance from the Belgian committee for aid to Jews will be permitted to remain until arrangements can be made for them to emigrate. Others will be taken to the German frontier.
