The Belgian Government associates itself with other European countries which are attempting to induce the West German Government to make good damages suffered by their nationals as a result of persecution by the Nazis, Belgian Foreign Minister Victor Lavrock announced in Parliament today.

He noted that the Bonn was studying a demand from these nations for indemnification which was drafted at a meeting in Paris, under the auspices of the French Government, last April. The other states which seek action in behalf of their nationals are Britain, Denmark, France, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Norway.
