Prime Minister David Gen-Gurion met today with Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress, for a discussion of problems of education.
The major topic of the hour-long meeting was the problem of providing secondary education for new immigrant children. It is understood that the Prime Minister stressed the need for efforts to meet the financial burden involved. Commenting on the meeting afterwards, Dr. Goldmann said that “no politics were discussed.”
