Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion and his party left today for his visit to the United States and were seen off at the airport by members of the Cabinet and the Swedish Ambassador Osten Lundborg who acted as doyen of the diplomatic corps.

Commenting on the threats voiced in Cairo against the United States and the possible receiving of the Israel Prime Minister by President Eisenhower, Israeli circles pointed out that these threats should again show the world the crudeness as well as the unreasonableness of Egypt’s dictator Col. Nasser who does not want to understand normal civilized relationships between free nations.

The Israel Prime Minister is scheduled to land in Boston tomorrow. He will address a special convocation ceremony at the Brandeis University where he will be awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. He will address an audience of 2,500 at the ceremony on Wednesday morning.
