The 20th anniversary of the death of Zev Jabotinsky, the founder of the Zionist Revisionist movement, will be observed at the end of this month with ceremonies at President Ben-Zvi’s residence here.
Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion, members of the executive of the Herut Party, Knesset deputies and veterans of the Jewish Legion, founded by the late Jabotinsky, are expected to attend.
The projected gathering is regarded here as an indication of improved relations between Mapai and Herut, particularly since Herut leaders recently indicated support for the electoral reforms which Premier Ben-Gurion is seeking to introduce.
