Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion may convene a special meeting of the Cabinet, as soon as he returns, to report on his conversations with President Eisenhower in Washington and with Britain’s Prime Minister Harold Macmillan in London, it was reported here today after the regular weekly meeting of the Cabinet.
Today’s Cabinet meeting received preliminary estimates of the damage caused by the recent drought. The damage may reach 80,000,000 pounds ($44,000,000), the Cabinet was informed.
