Ben-nathan Says He Would Speak at Universities if Order is Kept

Israel Ambassador Asher Ben-Nathan, interviewed on German television, said that he would agree to speak at Frankfurt and Hamburg Universities if he received guarantees from the universities that order would be kept. At earlier speaking engagements at the universities, Mr. Ben-Nathan’s speeches were interrupted by Arab hecklers.
