An attack on the racial doctrines of the Nazis was delivered today by Foreign Minister Eduard Benes in an address to the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University.
Dr. Benes declared that no pure races exist and that a people which attempts to carry out the doctrine of a dominant race is doomed to failure.
