Benjamin Netanyahu will take a tough approach to negotiations with the Palestinians if he is reelected prime minister, Zalman Shoval, Israel’s former ambassador to the United States, told the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. “The term was `reciprocity,'” said Shoval, a top Likud official. “We will insist on this term, which we insisted on before.”
